Collectively all information that you submit to Myriada Systems Limited via the Platform. This definition incorporates, where applicable, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Act 1998.
Myriada Systems Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 08816460 whose registered office is at Mass Challenge, Tobacco Dock, Tobacco Quay, Wapping Lane, E1W 2SF.
Any third party that accesses the Platform and is not either (i) employed by Myriada Systems Limited and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Myriada Systems Limited and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

g. Career objectives;
h. Name of higher education institution(s) you are enrolled in (past and present);
i. Course/Major (past and present);
j. Gender (there is never an obligation to provide this information);
In addition to the above, we may collect data that is generated through your activity on the platform. This is defined as the "Performance Data" below.
In the use of the platform, you may submit individual analyses, written rationales and choices of rationales written by other users. This information is used to generate personal scores, performance metrics, statistics, ratings, rankings, leaderboards, distributions, graphs and qualitative logs; collectively, the "Performance Data".
The individual information you provide will not be published in such a way that identifies you as the provider of the information, unless you provide consent. In general, you will be able to choose whether your Performance Data is publicly associated with your identity. There are exceptions to this, listed below.
In certain cases, Performance Data will be supplied to staff at third-party institutions. If the Activity (including but not limited to programs, tournaments, curriculum integrations) is advertised alongside a partner institution (including but not limited to universities, corporations, employers, recruiters, non-profit organisations), then your Performance Data and email address will be provided to that institution. In general, third-party institutions will only be interested in high-performing Users and as a means to provide Benefits (including but not limited to career opportunities) to those Users. In these instances, your Performance Data will not be made public without your consent.
In general, in order to show the relative performance of Users to third parties (irrespective of their advertised partnership or sponsorship), your Performance Data will be used in anonymised form as a comparison with said Users, without requiring your permission. This process will not identify you, as your Performance Data will only be associated with your username.
We will also use aggregated data provided to the platform by users on public groups for our own purposes, including but not limited to trading and publishing and selling aggregated data to third parties. Your Performance Data and other information you provide will be used to weight your contribution to aggregate data sets.
To use the platform you must provide a valid email address and password. You may also optionally provide a username. If you wish to remain anonymous then it is your responsibility to provide a username that doesn’t identify you.
The platform may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of devices you use to access the platform, the IP addresses and operating system of any devices used to access the platform and information about the way you use the platform.
The platform does not collect precise information about the location of the devices you use to access the platform.
We may use the account information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and news about the platform.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be transmitted to external services to help us improve the platform.We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Data:
a. as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
b. when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
c. with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
d. if Myriada is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
For purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, Myriada Systems Limited is the "Data Controller":
a. We will retain user provided information for as long as you use the platform and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically collected information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. We will store Performance Data for 24 months or longer. If you would like to completely remove your account information from the platform and dissociate your account from any user provided information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond in a reasonable time.
b. Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to any third party disclosures specifically set out in this policy, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group. This excludes Performance Data, defined above.
c. All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security see the clause below (Security).
d. Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using the Platform. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:
i. internal record keeping;
ii. improvement of our products / services;
iii. Talent discovery, screening and assignment;
You can easily stop all collection of information by the platform by logging out of the platform.
Myriada may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with certain processes necessary for the operation of the Platform. The providers of such services do not have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of this Website.
We do not use the platform to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected] We will delete such information from the platform within a reasonable time.
We work hard to protect the information held on the platform from unauthorised access, unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected via this Platform. However, transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure and is done at your own risk. We cannot ensure the security of your Data transmitted to the Platform.
If password access is required for certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal Data held by Myriada Systems Limited (where such Data is held) on payment of a small fee, which will not exceed £50.
Data which we collect from you may be stored and processed in and transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). For example, this could occur if our servers are located in a country outside the EEA or one of our service providers is situated in a country outside the EEA. We also share Performance Data with Third Parties, some of which are located outside the EEA. These countries may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the EEA.
You must not display or use in any manner Myriada trademarks or logos (including those associated with Talent Rank) without prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute, republish or modify any materials or software contained on the Myriada platform or in subsequent support without the prior written consent of Myriada.
